Service terms and authorized-use boundary
Eresus Guard is a paid application-security product provisioned for approved customer workspaces. Commercial, support, data-processing, and legal terms are provided in the applicable written agreement and order package.
Authorized use
Use Eresus Guard only for systems, source, accounts, and data that the customer owns or is authorized to assess. The operator remains responsible for confirming scope, approved identities, exclusions, and applicable law before an assessment begins.
- Do not scan third-party systems without documented authorization from the system owner.
- Do not use the service to conduct unauthorized intrusion, denial-of-service, or data-exfiltration activity.
- Do not bypass tenant isolation, entitlement gates, rate limits, or other product safeguards.
Product boundary
Workbench is the customer surface for projects, assessments, findings, evidence, and administration. The supported operational CLI is not a customer scanner. Agent-assisted follow-up stays inside the authorized project boundary and does not replace concrete checks or operator review.
Packages and provisioning
Features are entitlement-gated by package. Professional includes core DAST, SAST, SCA, IaC, and secrets coverage; Business adds agent-assisted DAST and multi-user operations; Enterprise adds SSO and audit-log capabilities; MSSP adds portfolio operations. The current package matrix and the signed order govern the actual entitlement.
Assessment results
Security testing can produce false positives and false negatives. Review the evidence, source context, or runtime record attached to a finding before relying on it for remediation, compliance, audit, or disclosure decisions.
