What is the customer product?
Workbench. Scanning and triage run in the cloud workspace. The CLI is limited to login, server, doctor, and version.
Where do I log in?
Login is at workbench.eresussec.com. SSO (OIDC and SAML) is an Enterprise capability. Reconnecting returns you to the screen you were using instead of clearing it.
What does Workbench include?
Dashboard, Findings, HTTP Records, OAST callbacks, Extensions, Modules, Scans, Projects, Admin, and Compliance. SSO and compliance reports require Enterprise.
What is the Web Analysis Engine?
A separately signed component managed from Settings → Components. It supports install, update, repair, and rollback. It is not an embedded browser.
Which plans are available?
Professional, Business, Enterprise, and MSSP. MSSP is self-hosted with online licensing. There is no air-gapped or offline license.
What security controls should we expect?
Authorization gates, metadata IP blocking, and evidence-drift signals. The product does not claim pentest or restore capabilities.
Can non-MSSP teams scan locally from the CLI?
No. Local non-MSSP scanning is not the product. Work happens in Workbench.
How do I get access?
Request access for the right tier. Existing customers login at Workbench. Questions go to contact@eresussec.com.
