Privacy and data handling
Eresus Security uses the information provided through this site to respond to access and procurement requests. This page describes the public-site and product data-handling boundary; customer-specific processing commitments are supplied with the applicable agreement.
Information submitted through this site
- An access request can include first and last name, work email, company, job title, phone number, country, requested package, and a Turnstile verification token.
- Messages sent to our contact addresses contain the information the sender includes.
- This marketing site does not receive Workbench passwords, SSO assertions, or API keys.
How we use request information
We use access-request and contact information to respond, qualify a workspace request, provide requested product or procurement information, and protect the request channel from abuse. Turnstile verification is used to validate an access-request submission.
Customer assessment data
Authorized target data, source, findings, and assessment evidence belong to the Workbench project and tenant context. See Data processing controls for the product safeguards; the customer agreement supplies the binding processing, retention, transfer, and incident terms for that deployment.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Send a request about information you submitted through this site to contact@eresussec.com. We will route the request to the appropriate team and apply the handling required by the applicable agreement and law.
Service providers and international transfers
Subprocessor, hosting-region, and cross-border-transfer information depends on the customer deployment and agreement. Request the current information from contact@eresussec.com during procurement.
